The Pastor's Vision for MCC of the Fox Valley
I believe that God is calling the Metropolitan Community Church of the Fox Valley into a time of Spiritual Renewal and Growth. And further, that God is calling the Metropolitan Community Church of the Fox Valley to become both a social, and a Spiritual leaven for the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender and Progressive Christian Community of the Fox Valley Region of Illinois.

Become a Center for Prayer and Prayerful Living
Become a Center for Spiritual Growth and Development
Build a Strong and Vital Christian Community that Ministers Collectively throughout the World
Build a Network of Believers throughout the Fox Valley Region who Learn Together, Share
with Each Other, Care for One Another and do Ministry Together
Stand Firmly against Injustice and Oppression in All its Insidious Forms
Build Bridges of Faith and Hope with Others Who Share in God’s Vision of a Day When All
God’s Children will stand Side by Side and Hand in Hand
MISSION STATEMENT
MCC of the Fox Valley is a Christian Church ministering to the LGBT community, its supporters, and other progressive Christians. MCC of the Fox Valley professes a three-pronged gospel of Christian Salvation, Christian Community and Christian Social Action. MCC of the Fox Valley believes that God to has called it:

Ÿ Study the Faith
Ÿ Empower the Faithful
Ÿ Minister Collectively to God’s People
Ÿ Stand Firmly against Injustice and Oppression
In doing these things, MCC of the Fox Valley seeks to:
